Keithley High Resistance Meter from the United StatesThe accuracy and sensitivity indicators provided by 6517B are higher than other instruments of the same type. Its rich functions make it easy to measure high resistance and insulation material resistivity. With a reading rate of 425 readings per second, it is significantly faster than similar electrostatic meters and provides a fast and easy way to measure weak currents.
The Keithley 6517B electrostatic meter from the United States is an updated version that replaced the earlier model 6517A (launched in 1996). The application software of 6517A can run without any modifications using SCPI language commands. However, the Keithley 6517A electrostatic meter from the United States has provided some beneficial improvements and upgrades compared to the 6517A. Its internal backup battery memory buffer can now store up to 50000 readings, allowing users to record test results for longer periods of time and store more data and readings. The new model also offers an internal buffer (up to 425 readings per second) and a higher reading rate (up to 400 readings per second) to external memory via the IEEE bus. Some modifications to connectors have been included to address modern connectivity and security requirements.
